At Frank Catering, we believe that food and the process of crafting food deserve the utmost care and respect. We bring together sensational imported ingredients, the freshest seasonal produce and local meat and seafood (delivered daily) with authentic family recipes. Our goal is to carry on the established traditions of Italian cooking from previous generations and deliver them to our customers. The result is deliciously simple, rustic and uncompromised cuisine.

Frank Prisinzano is the Owner and Executive Chef of 3 East Village Italian Restaurants – Frank Restaurant, 88 2nd Avenue (5th -6th St.), Lil’ Frankie’s Pizza, 19 1st Ave. (1st-2nd St.) and Supper Restaurant, 156 E. 2nd St. (Avenue A-B). In the fall of 2006, he added Frank Catering.

Additionally, he and best friend Rui Docouto own a furniture and interior design company called Site Specific Design (SSD) which was born out of their very first effort together – building Frank Restaurant in 1998.

He’s also the Executive Director of East Village Radio, a community radio station he launched in June 2003. Eastvillageradio.com streams live from its street level studio on 1st Avenue, day and night.
